We will not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third party except where it is part of providing a service to you such as arranging for deliver packages, send postal or email, administer contests, remove repetitive information on customer lists, analyse data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, process credit card payments, operate our Website, troubleshoot, provide customer service, and other security checks or where we have your express explicit consent to do so.

 

CREATING AN ACCOUNT: When you place an order or purchase through www.seoulandlux.com, you are required to create an account. You will be asked for your full name, email address, and password to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must read and accept all of the terms and conditions.

 

PURCHASES: When you place an order through www.seoulandlux.com, you are required to provide your name, email, password, shipping address, billing address, phone number in order to process and track your order. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases. Please note that orders are not subject to cancellation.

 

PAYMENT: We accept GrabPay, PayNow and most major credit cards as payment.

SHIPPING: Processing, packing, and shipping usually take 7 to 14 days after payment is verified, Monday to Friday (Singapore time). Shipments may be delayed due to peak season volume or logistic constraints. All shipments are made from Republic of Singapore. International shipping leadtime stated below is counted from the date of order(s) shipped out. Please use our international shipping calculator during checkout for shipping cost and duration. International shipping may subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by individual country's customs upon arrival. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we are not responsible for the import taxes, customs duties and fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DELAYS IN PRODUCT MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING: Please expect some delays in product manufacturing and/or shipping in event of delay at warehouse and/or due to high volume shipments. In the event, we may not provide updates, please contact us if you require any updates or information.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: SEOUL & LUX implements a strict inspection process, with all items undergoing thorough inspection before being shipped to our customers. Due to our commitment to product quality and workmanship, all goods sold are considered non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

However, we do accept returns and exchanges only in the cases of wrong item deliveries and defective items. Please contact us within 72 hours from receiving the item, Monday to Sunday (Singapore time). Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days.

All returned/exchanged items must comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy:

  • Clothing must be returned new, unused and undamaged, with all SEOUL & LUX tags attached at its original position and in the original packaging, including any free gift.
  • Jewellery must be returned new, unused and undamaged, with all SEOUL & LUX and Colorlette tags attached at its original position and in the original packaging, including any free gift. 
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned new, unopened and unused, with the seals at its original position and in the original packaging, including any free gift.
  • PROCESSING TIME
    • Please allow up to 14 days for the item to be reviewed and processed after we received the return item.
  • REIMBURSEMENT
    • If the exchange item is sold out after your return is approved, you'll be issued Store Credit which will be equivalent to the purchase price of returned item. We do not provide cash refunds. Store Credit is valid for 3 months from date of issued.
  • SHIPPING
    • SEOUL & LUX offers free trackable delivery/shipping to our customers' doorstep.
    • For any delivery/shipping to SEOUL & LUX, cost will be borne by customer. We strongly recommend a shipping method with trackable service included (eg: SingPost SmartPac at approx. SGD$3.20/pc).
  • IMPORTANT
    • Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
    • Any unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender.

 

MEASUREMENT: Please allow for a measuring deviation of 1cm to 4cm due to manual measurement. 

 

PRICING AND SALES: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for price reductions or items placed on sale. We reserve the right to adjust prices and offer promotions at our discretion.

 

CUSTOMERS ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION: SEOUL & LUX reserves the right to decline any customer for any reason, including but not limited to, violating our terms and policies, engaging in prohibited activities, or for any other grounds deemed necessary by the company.
